Sonic Drive-In in Savage

Chicken sandwich only mayo, extra mayo. This is a bath of mayo! Is this funny? There's more mayo on the sandwich too! Foods good but service has declined in the past few months. Rogers is terrible too. No more chances.

The kid kept asking "will that be all?" While I'm trying to give the next order.. like what else do you have to do but take orders, no ketchup for fries & tots you brought out 4 drinks, but only 3 straws, condiments missing on sandwiches.... all in all pretty bad,

Fries were horrible! And that is saying it lightly. Burger was cold and too many onions and mustard on it. The chocolate shake was good however. Don't know if I will be back.

I'm an ice eater, so I usually only buy the bags of ice. Sometimes the boneless chicken wings (Asian Chili) and love their onion rings! Service is good. If you're driving through and waiting in line to get to the window, someone usually comes to get your payment so you won't have to wait as long. Love that! 🤗

Good food, very fast. The speakers might be old because they had a lot of trouble hearing us. They also offer bunless options :)

Shakes are always good. I always ask for no whip but they just can't seem to master that.

First the order taker didn't seem to understand what we whated. When our order came part of it was wrong . Then it took quite a while for someone to answer the call buzzer. At that moment the order runner came over we showed her what was wrong. She looked at what we showed her. About the time we had finished the rest of our 40 dollar order. Then sent her out with a party.all by itself, in a wrapper yes but not a replacement sandwich, just a party . We were done eating at that time . The only reason we were still there was to see what was going to be done about the mistake.

Worst customer service. Food poor. Unable to get order correct and asked for sauces twice, but ignored. Staff seemed very slow, uncaring and not willing to help. Find somewhere else to eat. They don't deserve the business. Not a pleasant experience. Won't over return.

Onion rings were pretty bad for trying them for the first time. They were burnt. Not good. Maybe I should try the icecream and slushes.

This place is perfect for our new normal regarding Covid 19, you stay in your car. Order by speaker, pay at your car, eat in your car.employees are laid back but nevertheless, curious and friendly and customer service oriented.

The service here has really gone down hill the food quality as well both are spotty at best if I didnt love there slushies I wouldn't go there

I like sonic,but this location every now and then you'll get your food not as warm as you were expecting,why don't know....but otherwise it is a good place

Sonic. Oh Sonic. Sonic seems to never screw anything up! This location never forgets our special requests, sauces, etc. Even during the heart of the lunch rush, the order takers are quick and knowledgeable of everything on the menu. Food was delicious, hot, and fresh for only having to wait 10 minutes for our food.Definitely recommend but still think there's room for improvement on how long it takes for your food to be brought out.

The staff doesn’t care about customer service at all. When we went there was no line and the seemed annoyed that we were there ordering?? The large gentleman with dark curly was rude. A couple hot dogs original meal with tater tats and drinks took 27 minutes??

Ordered a small sonic cookie dough blast through the drive through. The guy who was taking the orders there cut us off before we even got to finish what we were ordering. When we got our order, there was something sticky on the lid of my ice cream and there wasn’t any cookie dough at the bottom of my ice cream. I also found an M&M and a couple snickers pieces in my order. The other Sonics I have been to have been good about getting my orders right but this one couldn’t even get my ice cream right :(

Places like Sonic are perfect for pandemic dining, or anytime you feel like going out to eat but don't feel like sitting in a room with a bunch of strangers. Service was friendly and fast. There is a good bit of variety on the menu. My Bacon Double Cheeseburger and onion rings were cooked perfectly. Prices are reasonable and the music was even enjoyable (oh wait, that was the radio in my car tuned to my favorite station). My recommendation: If you've never been to Sonic, you really should go. If you haven't been there in a while, you should go back.

Unless you want cold food, wait 50 minutes just to be told they got the wrong stall number. & expect to pay for the full amount with cold food. This is the place for you. I would understand about getting the wrong stall. But when the place is half dead, & there’s only two vehicles there (including your own) & noticed there’s two orders. You can pretty much put two to two together. Not only that, after I put my order in. I didn’t see my order on the screen to pay, push the button again to let them know. But only got that my order was too big, they’re working on it. Hence it was only food for 4 people, it might have been but who knows. If you’re willing to drive a bit further to get Sonic, Bloomington is the way to go.

Waited 20 min for food, then gave us wrong order, took 10 min to get a hold of someone to tell them it was wrong, they went back in, then we caught the owner outside running food & told him about it, then it still took a while to get our correct order. After 55 minutes from placing our initial order we finally got our correct food.

Made my mango ice cream slushie perfect

First time I've had more than just ice cream, and the food was honestly delicious. Kind of on the spendy side, but I feel like everywhere is these days.

Love the corn dogs if the state fair isn’t going. Slushees are good too.

Wouldn't let me finish saying my order and were not friendly to their customers. Also, they hardy put any toppings in your shake, so when you get halfway through it's just plain ice cream.

Wife asked for a chicken sandwich on Texas toast and got this. Technically it's right. Needless to say, we got great food and entertainment tonight.

Sonic is always delicious! I love the Cheddr peppers and cheddr bites. I always get the diet cherry limeade because it's good but low cal, and I sometimes splurge on the other items. My only complaint is that sometimes the food takes a bit longer than anticipated. It's usually fresh, but takes longer than other drive through places.

Horrible, drinks are over powered with syrup and the fact that I sat in like for over 20 min for one drink. You should have employees out getting money and doing drink/food like other locations. Especially when it is nice outside! Won’t be coming be back

Drinks are overpriced and they can't get them right. First Rt 44 blackberry sweet tea with extra blackberry and easy ice came out with barely any blackberry in it at all. Second had just enough blackberry but so much ice there was barely any tea.

The food to me was like any other fast food location, but I know a lot of people enjoy their summer treats. As for the drive-up experience, my friend and I ordered and received a message on the screen say that the waiter was on his way, but we waited about 20 minutes after we received that message. Though I can let this slide because I think our waiter was training.

Just waited behind two cars at drive thru for 20 minutes and still no movement. Garbage service!

Great slushes and ice cream treats. I don't really care for their food.

The food is delicious and fresh, but this is not a place to stop if you are in a hurry. I waited 15 minutes for 2 burgers. If you have a 30 min lunch break, there isn't too much time left to enjoy the fresh food.

If you are looking for food. DO NOT GO there unless you have 30-40 minutes. They are totally incompetent on putting food out. Drink and shake not bad. You have been warned

Love me some Sonic. All over Vegas and I finally drove an hour to the Savage location. Had a wonderful Chicago dog and a Blue Coconut slushy. So good. Plus having a blue tongue for hours after.....Sonic priceless!

Took a short amount of time to get the food. The boneless wings were good. I recommend them 9/10. But, I do not recommend the chili cheese dog. That, was not good.

Good food, fast service. Would go again. Love the tator tots and the crushed ice in the soft drinks... the candy treats in the bag were a nice touch too.

I had to go back through the drive-through to get my ranch that they forgot with the chicken tenders. Our Chicago dog had no relish on it. And are corn dog looked like it had been squished in a panini press. Our hot fudge shake had fudge all in the lid dripping out onto the side of the cup. Not the best experience. Nor the best food. Nor the best service over all.

Was okay, better in Tennessee...food was barely warm when I got it, and the drink wasn't carbonated, like drinking a very shaken up coke. If your super hungry then go ahead, but I wouldn't recommend u less your ordering ice cream or slushies.
