Why do I have to wait 15 minutes in line in 105 degree weather WHEN I'M THE ONLY ONE THERE at 2:30pm? Then when I leave, the girl at the window gives me the shoulder.. what the heck just happened? I almost melted.

I've had a similar wait, without the attitude. On the other hand, there's no substitute for the cherry limeade for me. I recommend finding a way to pass these comments up the chain. I'm not one to run to corporate, but it looks like a persistent issue.
